Item was needed as an existing for the week after ordering.Tried to speak to Video game after 10 days on several occasions however no acceptable end result. I then sent out an e-mail and was informed they could not discuss with me as I did not position the order (I did!). My other half after that sent out an e-mail and was told they could not talk with him as he didn’t place the order! We were made to feel that we were the trouble by asking about our undelivered item.I have actually now gotten a reimbursement (13 Dec) and will most definitely not be spending any longer of my money with this company.
